Call/Text Us to Schedule an Appointment! Leave a message, tell us if you would prefer a call or text, and a member of our team will get back to you as soon as possible. We prefer texting if possible - it's the easiest way to get a hold of us as we are often on the move and have limited service.


Let Us Know if You Have Any Concerns or Questions before your appointment, we want this process to be as smooth as possible and knowing your expectations and questions before the appointment will help us to be better prepared for your home visit and ensure we have the time and resources to address all of your concerns.

Feeling unwell? Something's Come up? Please let us know if you need to reschedule your appointment for any reason - we know life can be unpredictable and we will work hard to accommodate your needs.

Please allow us a 10 minute grace period for your appointment, we make every effort to be on time but sometimes weather, traffic, and life may cause us to run behind. We will send you a text message to let you know when we are on our way and keep in touch if we are running behind.

If your pet is particularly nervous, please let us know! They may benefit from an anti-anxiety medication or sedative for their appointment, and it is something we can discuss before hand to make sure your appointment goes as smoothly and stress free as possible.

Payment - We request payment at time of service. We accept most major cards, Apple pay, cash, check and Care Credit.
